For those who worked in 405 as a traveler

  Hi all,
      I just wanted to get the word out that L.U. 405 in Cedar Rapids IA. Is keeping the tramps money.The way they are doing that is on health care benefits.   See in their contract, health care pyramids.  I was shorted on mine so I called 405 and asked where my money was. Their B.A. said they were keeping it.

      Now let me back up to when I took the call on July 2 2008.  I asked where the pyramiding money would go, the answere I got was it would go to my special fund.


     They said since my home contract didn't pyramid benefits then that money is theirs not mine.  I worked under their contract, not my home contract. That money is mine, not theirs. Do not let them steel our money.

     If you worked in cedar rapids, lets all band together and GET OUR MONEY.
